Roasting Coffee & Packaging

Manufacturing with GAEA

GAEA sources green beans from Vietnam and roasts both the Pelican Coffee and Butler series for direct supply to hotels. Our facility also offers toll roasting services, including roasting, blending, customized private label production, and packaging solutions. These services cater to retail businesses, F&B suppliers, and resellers.

Our coffee includes both Robusta and Arabica varieties, with a range of grades and screen sizes available for custom blends. We also offer ground coffee options tailored for filter coffee products. This includes traditional Vietnamese Cà Phê Phin—one of the most authentic coffee styles available in Vietnam.

In addition to coffee, we provide flexible packaging options in cooperation with our suppliers, all in compliance with national and international standards.

For the local market, we offer product registration support, lab testing, and certifications. For export, we provide similar support tailored to the requirements of the destination country.

Packaging Services:

Flexible Manufacturing & Co-Packaging Solutions

GAEA offers flexible manufacturing solutions through its hybrid roasting infrastructure and multiple production sites—located in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and soon, Phnom Penh.
Our services include co-packaging options, consolidated purchasing of packaging materials, and sampling sessions for packaging and product testing. These services are also applicable to other dry items, such as nuts, dried fruits, teas, and similar products. Additionally, they partially apply to fruits, particularly for portioning and wrapping in carton boxes for transportation, primarily to Cambodia.

We are capable of fulfilling orders of various sizes—from small batches to large volumes of up to 8 tons per month—all delivered according to your specifications.

We also provide a range of retail and shelf-ready packaging options, including:
– Custom-printed, retail-ready cartons or bags
– Generic or custom-printed bulk packaging
– Non-standard, custom-designed packaging
