GAEA and Deli Group

Building the Future of B2B and B2C Food Supply in Southeast Asia

Improving and adapting are at the core of our strategy. GAEA will continue to grow with a stronger product assortment, improved services, and wider market expansion. As part of Deli Group, where B2B and B2C supply chains are fully interconnected, we operate with a collective approach that unites both channels. Through GAEA, we serve hotels, HORECA, and the wider hospitality industry as our B2B platform. Through Deli Shop, we provide direct-to-consumer (B2C) access to groceries and daily essentials.

This integrated model allows Deli Group to achieve higher efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth. With strong market access in Vietnam and Cambodia, we plan to expand not only through our current platforms but also into new regional markets such as Myanmar and Laos.

Vietnam: Online Grocery and Hospitality Supply Growth

Market Performance and Digital Adoption

From 2022 to 2025, Vietnam’s online retail market has grown rapidly, reaching an estimated US$12–15+ billion by 2024–2025. Online grocery is one of the fastest-growing categories, with growth rates above 70% in some years. Rising smartphone usage, digital wallets, and fast delivery services are driving this expansion. B2B e-commerce for hospitality supply is also accelerating as hotels and restaurants adopt digital procurement platforms.

Outlook and Opportunities (2026–2031)

Vietnam’s online grocery market could exceed US$20 billion by 2030, driven by strong digital adoption, logistics upgrades, super-app ecosystems, and social commerce. B2B hospitality supply will benefit from more hotels and restaurants shifting to online ordering systems, creating strong growth opportunities for platforms like GAEA and Deli Group.

Cambodia: Emerging Online Grocery and HORECA Supply

Market Development and Consumer Behavior

In Cambodia, online grocery and delivery services have grown steadily since 2022 as internet access, smartphones, and digital payments expand. Platforms like Foodpanda, Wing, and Nham24 lead adoption. Grocery delivery revenue is expected to reach around US$186.8 million in 2025, with more consumers trying online shopping, although in-store shopping still dominates.

Outlook and Opportunities (2026–2031)

Cambodia’s online grocery sector is projected to grow at 20–25% CAGR, supported by mobile penetration and improving delivery services. As tourism and hospitality recover, demand for B2B HORECA supply will increase, creating strong growth potential for GAEA and Deli Group in hotels, restaurants, and catering.

Deli Group will continue on this growth path by strengthening its digital platforms, logistics network, and partner ecosystem. For further information or partnership opportunities, please contact our team.
