This time, we supported the Dutch Embassy at the Vietwater Expo & Forum 2025, hosted at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
Vietwater 2025, held from 22–24 October, is Vietnam’s leading international exhibition for water supply, sanitation, water resources, and purification systems. The event brings together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of industry professionals to showcase innovative technologies, promote sustainable practices, and strengthen cross-sector cooperation in the water and environmental industries.
6,000 Cups Served – Designed, Delivered & Sustainably Executed.
Team GAEA provided design advice for the coffee bar setup and supplied the required equipment and syrups. Over the three-day event, more than 6,000 beverages were prepared and served.
With a focus on sustainability, we offered two preparation methods: a fully automatic coffee machine and a semi-automatic machine. This helped us reduce water waste while optimising serving speed and consistency. To further minimise waste, we packed the coffee in 30 kg recyclable plastic bags—normally used for green beans—instead of multiple smaller packs.
