Manufacturing with GAEA
GAEA’s manufacturing division serves both domestic and export markets. Originating from our experience in green bean purchasing and exporting, we have developed and produced our own brands — GAEA, Eplician, and The Butler Series.
This growth came naturally from the increasing demand of hotels and restaurants seeking more locally made products. Over time, alongside our own brands, we have also manufactured a wide variety of coffee products for other clients, retailers, and private labels.
Our manufacturing capabilities are not limited to large-scale production. We operate within a hybrid structure, allowing us to produce both large volumes and small batches, tailored to the needs of each client. Our facilities are equipped for line manufacturing as well as manual packing and wrapping, ensuring flexibility for any production purpose or packaging requirement.
Our packaging suppliers offer a comprehensive range of standard packaging materials, while also supporting specialized, niche, or custom packaging. Depending on the product, volume, and budget, our team and partners have provided a wide variety of custom designs, prints, and labeling solutions for over five years.
Our typography and design team supports clients with:
- Design concepts, material selection, and image creation
- Sampling and dummy preparation prior to production for approval
- Gift, event, and promotional packaging development
Manufacturing applies to the following categories: coffee, phin, and tea.
Coffee: We produce roasted coffee (whole bean and ground) for professional use, as well as drip bags and capsules for retail and in-room amenities.
Phin: We produce phin filter coffee in various flavors and quality grades, along with instant coffee options such as 3-in-1 blends.
Tea: We produce enveloped teas for both retail and large-volume use.
All products are available for export, and we currently supply markets in the Philippines, Korea, Cambodia, Myanmar, Russia, and China.
